foot update

Whew! It’s not a stress fracture. Just a really bad sprain.
Course, my doc said that sometimes sprains hurt worse than breaks.
The weird thing about all this is that I don’t know HOW I hurt myself…
And today my ankle swelled up a bit and started to look very bruised.
How bizarre.

Ever had a stress fracture?

I’ve been wondering if I have a stress fracture in my left foot/ankle.
I’m curious if anyone out there has had a stress fracture, and if so, what you did during the healing process?
I’m not sure if it even pays to go to the doctor.
Any advice?
